In times where a veteran actor Paresh Rawal quits an iconic film franchise like Hera Pheri 3 quoting lack of script and clarity, there’s a new revelation. This time, it is about Anurag Basu’s casting process. An actor from Metro In Dino has confirmed Basu’s shocking casting process.

Metro In Dino actor Rohan Gurbaxani, while talking to Mid-Day, exposed how Anurag Basu casts his actors for roles. There is no auditioning or script in place. Rohan was over-the-moon to be cast in the role over a FaceTime call. “This is how he works, very organic and personal. It’s just him narrating the story. Dada also says, ‘Trust me, I know my process is a little different. It’s a little nerve-wracking, but we will make something great,” Rohan said.

Days after quitting Hera Pheri 3 out-of-the-blue, Paresh Rawal had revealed through his lawyers that he had stepped out of the movie because he did not receive a clear script and had to work with what could be counted as WhatsApp messages. The actor quoted that he was unable to work without any clarity about the movie, and thus, he decided to step out of the film.
