‘Shooting on Film’ Final Featurette for ‘Jurassic World: Rebirth’ Movie

“This is the first time I’ve held a 35mm camera and it felt alive, because it’s rolling film…” 🎥 Universal has posted one more making of featurette for Jurassic World: Rebirth, ready to hit theaters worldwide next week – starting on July 2nd. This promo video focuses on the fact that the movie was shot on 35mm like they used to in the old days. A standalone sequel to Jurassic World Dominion (2022) with its own mission, it is the 4th installment in the current Jurassic World series and the 7th film overall in this dinosaurs series. Directed by sci-fi mastermind Gareth Edwards – an expedition braves isolated equatorial regions to extract DNA from massive prehistoric creatures for a groundbreaking medical breakthrough. But this place is even more dangerous than anyone of them expected. They’re stuck on this island now – will they survive? Jurassic World: Rebirth stars Scarlett Johansson, Mahershala Ali, Jonathan Bailey, with Rupert Friend, Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, Luna Blaise, David Iacono, and Ed Skrein. I’m glad they’ve released so many behind-the-scenes featurettes for this movie, I just hope it means the movie is actually good! Let’s hope. Always cool to see what it’s actually like on this set, especially shooting on location for tons of scenes.
