DMCA Policy

This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Policy outlines the procedures followed to address alleged copyright infringements in accordance with the DMCA.

Content Removal

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content available on this website infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice under the DMCA for removal of such content. Upon proper notification, we will investigate and, if appropriate, promptly remove or disable access to the infringing material.

Notification of Infringement

To file a DMCA complaint, please ensure that your notice includes all of the following:

  1. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
  2. The URL or location on our website where the infringing material is located.
  3. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  4. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  5. An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Please note that incomplete or invalid notices may not be processed.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled.
  2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court for your location and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.
  4. Your physical or electronic signature.

After receiving a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the material in question, unless the original complainant files a court action seeking a restraining order.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate user accounts or block access for users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
